Fox Transportation began in 1986 in a family garage, when Paul Fox set out to build an intermodal drayage company. On the day the company was formed, he suffered a brain aneurysm and could no longer run it.
His wife Mary Ann and son Mike stepped in. Mike left the Los Angeles Dodgers front office in 1988 and the two of them learned the trucking business from the ground up to carry on Paul's dream. Mike Fox leads the company today as CEO.
Forty years on, Fox is still family owned and operated, still based in Rancho Cucamonga and still doing port and rail work, plus local, dedicated and warehouse freight.
